Gaia Hotel Basel - The Sustainable 4 Star Hotel

I loved the Art Deco-style building, uniquely decorated room with large bathroom. I was met by caring and attentive staff at the reception.

The stay was absolutely such wonderful. Everything was very good, fairly clean hotel, ideal location opposite the station. Booked a room with excellent breakfast.

Nothing too much trouble, this was a REALLY NICE experience here. Cool enough room, staff were ready to help. A beautiful beach, nice view. Also, it was within a 15 minute walk from a dollhouse museum. Large breakfast, impeccable service.

It's QUIET place to stay 2 km away from an ethnographic museum.

Very relaxing stay overall. Marvelous position and well airconditioned room. There were a supermarket and a grocery store around the hotel. Magnificent view, a nice balcony, perfect bed, too.

Charming staff, well-maintained hotel with superb restaurant. Room was cozy, there was a large bathroom. The Irish bar was nice and the drinks were free soft.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place is unique and tidy, everything is high quality, it should have higher than 4 star rating.

I loved the place due to location and staff. There was a cozy bar with lots of different food, such as nibbles and pizza. A train station was located close to the venue.

Hotel is impeccably clean with efficient service. Secure location, a short walk to Strassburger Monument. Good sleep in a comfortable bed, absolutely brilliant and terrific room. Easy check-in, late check-out...

A very nice stay. For breakfast there were cereal, cheese, slices of fresh bread, meats and sausages. Airconditioned rooms, the design was simple. Fast check in and easy check out.

I loved the hotel & my fantastic stay. Breakfast was good; they served bacon, cereal, eggs, cakes and bakery in the restaurant. I had warm and warm room with quiet bed. Helpful service provided there too.

Beautiful place & tidy room that was tidy. The staff was warm, they provided nice service. Reasonably large suite and soft bed. Breakfast was exceptional and I appreciated bacon, cereal, eggs, cakes and bakery.

Would return there!

located in front of a train station and the beach. really good location. we would have stayed for longer.

Location seemed great. Walking to a bus stop from gaia was easy. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Central that was only 5 minutes' walk away
